They moved like flying cats in the night.

These women, who were between 17 and 22 years old, flew biplanes made of plywood and canvas, with an open cockpit and a glass shield that did not protect them from the strong wind or enemy bullets.

They flew at 120 km/h, at night, without maps or radios, and at temperatures so low that if they touched the fuselage, they ran the risk of literally sticking to the plane.

All this dressed in men’s uniforms and boots so big that they had to stuff them with pillowcases to keep them from flying away, quite literally.

Flights may be cancelled due to technical or meteorological reasons, or for any other reasons that PULSE deems necessary to guarantee your safety. If we have to cancel your experience for any of these reasons, don’t worry, we will postpone the date to another day so that you can be a pilot for a day as soon as possible.

It means that if you book and pay for your PULSE Pilot for one Day experience and you are unable to enjoy it due to personal reasons within 3 months from the booking date, you lose the experience and we will not refund the money paid.

I will tell you that David, PULSE´s chief commander, who for a while worked as a private aviation pilot, once had to carry good old Gasol on a flight from Barcelona to Bilbao.

Gasol is 2 metres and a few centimetres tall.

So they had to adapt the plane’s cabin so that this basketball giant could travel.

This, in a private aircraft flight, and for just one passenger, is feasible.

When it comes to the aircraft of the school's fleet and to fly them for a day, it is unfortunately not possible.
